| Monthly Rate: $270.00-$650.00 - Units must be 15 yrs or newer. *Prices vary depending on the following: asphalt or concrete, location in the park, pets, 50 amp availability, space between neighbors, age of unit, and a yard. All potential residents 18 or older must submit to a criminal background check to be approved for residency. |
